How do you rate your chances this year?
My team are hoping to have another Championship year after clinching the title with a dramatic last game win in 2009.
Personally I want to carry on my good form with the bat (became quite the finisher with several not outs in run chases) and have more chances keeping. I think I only got 1 genuine chance for a catch in the first 10 games!
What are your chances this season?

Hopefully pretty good. My team are OK but if I do well maybe I can get a county trial this year. I'm a wicketkeeper too.

I wonder if you asked the Afghanistan cricket team in 2006 what are your chances of making the T20 world cup in 2010, what their reply would be?
To put this in perspective, Afghanistan 2-3 years ago were placed in the lowest division of international cricket teams. And this year they will be playing the big boys. Talk about the cricket story of the year, decade, century, there it is. And they were one game away from qualifying for the 50 over cricket world cup.
I guess the message is, never write your chances of, no matter how much things are against you.
Go the Afghans.

I think they are my new favourite team, I must see if I can find out how they did it.

They would deffinitely be a good topic for a documentary, they give the underdog a big shot in the arm. I would also be interested to see what went on behind the scenes, is it the mental, tchnical or physical aspects of this team that make them good.
